About Our Team

Aquasource Drilling has a rich history that began in 1983 in Choteau, Montana and has evolved overtime to the Great Falls company it is today.

Today, Aquasource Drilling is owned and operated by Tyrel and Tobi Hlavnicka. Tyrel grown up in the water well industry and went on to study Petroleum Engineering, where he met his wife, Tobi. Equipped with degrees in Drilling Engineering and Construction Project Management, Tyrel and Tobi purchased Aquasource’s Montana assets in 2014. They re-incorporated as Aquasource Drilling in 2015 and relocated to the Great Falls area. Under their leadership, the company has flourished, expanding into deep water well drilling, full well pump service, and excavation.
